Nesting Bug
It's official I am getting the nesting bug!!! I am very excited about the wedding but I am even more excited about our life together and the home that we will build. I have always loved having roommates but there is always a bit of uncertainty with roommates. A roommate might move or get married and so your home may move or change and the roommates may come and go, but I am looking forward to having one roommate and making our house a home. Here is a bit of brainstorming/inspiration I have been pulling to de-bachelorize Tim's house!!

You're too cute Devon! The funniest part was watching some of his friends come into the house and say "its nots a guys house anymore..." :) And you get to have your best friend there always! Happy decorating!
ReplyDeleteHow FUN! Knowing your great sense of style I can't wait to see how the "de-bachelorization" goes :)
ReplyDeletei am glad you get to build a nest of your own with tim! believe me i know the feeling....your house is going to be pretty!
ReplyDeleteI'm all for it...but where will my man cave be located (so I can stash away all of my household things you'll want to throw away)? I'm looking forward to your creative touch and seeing our place transformed! I love almost everything in the pics above, except that couch thing in the lower left corner -- $3000 sent to the curb! On the other hand, I love the lanterns, plates, and the pic of the room on the lower right.
ReplyDeleteAnd, for the record, I stopped by, was inspired, and most importantly am looking forward to the house being styled. Stay classy. (sorry for the joke) ;)
I love it Devon! Tim, didn't you know that "The Man Cave" is the garage. You can get so creative in there. I have a friend that her husband took the garage, laid a carpet, recliner, and huge big screen. He was happy as a clam. Love you guys!
ReplyDeleteLOVE it! Also, love Tim's comment. I think the garage could be transformed a bit, once Willy moves out and you can tackle all the stuff from the 800 men that have moved in and out of that house. Also, since you are going to need something to keep you warm, I think we will give you a wedding gift of the Mexican blanket. :D That should assist in your styling endeavors. Muahahaha!
