Wedding Wednesdays

Wedding planning has taken a back seat but it is time to kick it into high gear!!! I have been inspired by the natural elements in these pictures. I love the wine bottle with the wild flowers in it, and the monogrammed letter made out of flowers. The picture of the barn is the actual barn where we are having our reception! Lately I have been inspired by old vintage crochet. I saw this wonderful bohemian top and thought it would be the perfect piece for a relaxing day with the girlfriends shopping, or dress it up with these funky beads and hit the town!!!

Gloomy Monday

Lately I have been feeling like my life looks like this desk....I should have used this weekend, to plan and organize but instead I thought my time would be better spent with my love playing cards at a coffee shop. I just couldn't bring myself to do wedding stuff when time with Tim is so much more important. Sorry about the few posts the past couple of weeks, I am still transitioning into the new job and hopefully will return back to normal postings next week. Thanks for your patience!

Wedding Wednesdays

Sorry about the few postings last week, I started a new job and have been settling into my new environment! I have jumped off the wedding band wagon and have not done any planning in about a month due to job changes. I received an email from the knot.com telling me I had 212 things to do this month in order to be on track to have my wedding in 6 months....yikes!! Needless to say some much needed planning needs to happen and a whole lot of inspiration needs to hit me! Here are some more images I am adding to my ever expanding binder. I love the natural look of the grain and wild flowers mixed with the whimsical paper flowers made out of old sewing patters!!

Lately I have been feeling like I keep repeating my jeans and a t-shirt routine. I have found some inspiration....nautical chic I would like to call it. I love the masculine stripes mixed with a feminine paisley scarf and some funky earrings. What is your "go-to" chic outfit?

Changing Wedding Date....Spring 2011

I am trying to talk Tim into delaying the wedding until Spring 2011 so we can have the ideal Anthropologie wedding.... needless to say he is not willing to do that!! bummer...if only Anthro came out with it THIS Spring!
